00IDEATION, founded by Ayomide Tejuoso, is a research laboratory and creative studio that builds iconoclastic visual mythologies through ideation and conceptual art methodologies. Stretching across photography, film, installation, graphic and product design, as a studio 00IDEATION is preoccupied with constructing black aesthetic narratives. Deviant, radical, whimsical, and sublime black diasporic assemblages, capturing the complexities of memory and transcendence in techno capitalism. Through ideation, the creative studio employs West African conceptual frameworks and African American creative pedagogies to make independent visual and design projects, dedicated to cultural retransformations. In this, 00IDEATION is a school of black diasporic creative reclamation. An atelier focused on artistic disruption, producing images, video stills, and objects that form symposiums of refusal.
Through its independent creative productions, 00IDEATION implements research, design, and contemporary art processes to construct visual worlds, campaigns, exhibitions, events and products for individuals, collectives, spaces, and brands. The studio makes commercial productions through conceptual art methodologies. It retransforms brands and people, constructing their digital narratives, and their cultural engagement. 00IDEATION makes sublime myths for consumers and communities to immerse in, radical, fantastical, digital and physical campaigns that are inventive and subversive.
Furthermore, 00IDEATION is a research laboratory that engages the youth with black art as praxis, research methodologies, and cultural retransformation. With lesson programs, exhibition projects, immersive and educational events, pop up installations, and creative round tables, the research laboratory serves as a platform to activate young creatives. Through the words produced by the creative studio and the activations of the research laboratory, 00IDEATION seeks to mobilize young maverick thinkers and trigger their imaginative speculations. The laboratory’s events and outputs act as havens for black diasporic introspection, rebellion, dialogue, and curiosity. For Us By Us.

00 IDEATION: Contemporary Photography Programmings emphasizes the necessity of conceptual thinking and research methodologies in artistic production. Through its immersive lectures, lesson notes, invited artists, and provided books, the programme expands on black art as praxis, the political and revolutionary nature of photography, and the implications of image in contemporary carnage. It explores installation art and creative representations in the exhibition space, exposing young artists to iconoclastic superimpositions in the white cube.
Professionally, the programme introduces students to the creative industry, and career pathways across contemporary, commercial, and fashion photography. It presents the structures, hierarchies, necessities, and rigour of the communities and institutions that shape the image making industry. It challenges students to create beyond digital and social media vacuums, and position projects through institutional, editorial, and collaborative systems, including exhibitions, curatorial or creative collectives, and publications. In this, students will be taught how to discover
